Senior Solutions Engineer, Blockchain Ecosystems

About the Role

zerohash is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer, Blockchain Ecosystems to serve as the technical lead for all ecosystem integrations. You will work directly with blockchain foundations, token issuers, and fintech partners to design and validate how their networks connect into zerohash’s infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Product, and Engineering. You are responsible for taking high-level commercial opportunities and converting them into clear, technically sound integration plans that Product and Engineering can execute. You will evaluate feasibility, create architecture outlines, define API requirements, and support partners through technical onboarding and testing.

Your work ensures zerohash can integrate new chains, tokens, and ecosystem-driven products quickly and with engineering-quality standards.

• Lead all technical scoping for new chain, token, and ecosystem product integrations.
• Translate partner requirements into technical specifications, API mappings, and integration plans.
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions with Product Managers and Engineers to evaluate feasibility, dependencies, and required architectural changes.
• Produce integration documentation, sequence diagrams, data flow outlines, and partner-facing technical materials.
• Support external partners with sandbox testing, API validation, and integration troubleshooting.
• Maintain a technical integration tracker linked to the broader ecosystem pipeline.
• Monitor integration progress across engineering teams and provide weekly technical updates to leadership.
• Identify technical blockers early and drive cross-functional resolution with Engineering, Compliance, and Product.
• Create and maintain outward-facing technical assets, including case studies, solution briefs, technical blogs, and whitepapers.
• Represent zerohash’s capabilities clearly and accurately in ecosystem conversations, partner workshops, and industry discussions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ecosystem onboarding and technical validation processes.

• 6 to 10 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical architecture, or integration engineering in crypto infrastructure or fintech.
• Experience in crypto infrastructure or fintech, with strong comfort working with complex API and SDK based products.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including chain architecture, wallets, custody models, and transaction flows.
• Comfortable working with concepts such as settlement, reconciliation, address generation, and on and off-ramp logic.
• Deep familiarity with API design and integration patterns, including RESTful APIs, authentication models, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
• Able to translate technical details into clear deliverables for Product, Engineering, and external partners.
• Skilled communicator who can work equally well with Product, Engineering, and external ecosystem partners.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.

• Integrations launch on schedule with clear visibility across teams.
• Product and Engineering have predictable inputs and no missing context from business handoffs.
• Internal and external partners view the Ecosystem function as a reliable delivery engine.

• Reports to the Chief Business Officer / VP Ecosystem & Product Partnerships
• Works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Partnerships.
