We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist / SAP BODS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Data Services, data migration, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience designing ETL pipelines, managing data models, and supporting large‑scale SAP and data warehouse environments. This role requires solid technical skills, strong communication, and the ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality data solutions.

• Design and develop ETL pipelines using SAP BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Build and maintain data models, schemas, and DWH structures to support analytics and reporting.
• Optimize data processing, storage, and database performance for large datasets.
• Collaborate with analysts and data teams to support BI and analytics requirements.
• Implement data governance, quality checks, and documentation standards.
• Develop integration solutions across SAP and third‑party systems.
• Support Dev Ops/Data Ops workflows, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior team members and support reviews and best‑practice adoption.

• 7-12 years of experience with SAP BODS, ETL development, and data migration.
• Strong skills in Oracle, SQL, DWH concepts, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP DI, data modeling, and enterprise data integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
