What’s

your role?

As a Data and Analytics Manager, you’ll play a key role in advancing Pepsi Co’s strategic analytics capabilities across U.S. business units. Working in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, you’ll partner with business and technical teams to define objectives, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights that impact both our brands and retail partners.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Partner to drive our Insights agenda to enable future growth opportunities for our brands and categories.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, making complex topics easy to understand regardless of method, e.g., through PowerPoint or verbally.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure consumer centricity in commercial plans.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in Sales, Category Leadership and Insights to define and deliver world class analytics tools and insights.
  • Coordinate work activities with the business, Strategy & Transformation (S&T) product development, S&T data engineering and Insights teams as required.
  • Partner with data engineers to ensure accurate data is prepared for model consumption.
  • Be an active contributor to code development and documentation in projects and services.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • In addition to salary, Pepsi Co offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility:

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
