Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Chicago, Illinois.

Duties:

• Lead end-to-end program execution for the decommissioning of TIBCO and migration to the Solace messaging platform
• Drive planning, sequencing, and execution across multiple application migration work streams and system dependencies
• Partner closely with application teams, platform engineering, enterprise architecture, Dev Ops, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful adoption of the new platform
• Establish and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and delivery commitments across teams
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies early, and drive mitigation strategies to keep the program on track
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and hold teams accountable to committed timelines despite competing priorities
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and confidently to senior and executive leadership
• Ensure strong documentation, governance, and transparency across all phases of the migration
• Identify opportunities to optimize migration processes, improve consistency, and accelerate delivery

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience working in enterprise technology environments
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise or Technology Program Management leading large, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven track record leading enterprise platform migrations, system integrations, or large-scale technology implementations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams, dependencies, and application team migrations
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, and modern application ecosystems
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe Agile delivery environments and tooling

The approximate pay range for this position is between $53.00 and $76.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
