Test Analyst – Selenium Automation

We are seeking a Test Analyst with experience in Selenium Automation. The role is full-time and located in Chicago, IL.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology is required.

• Experience in SQL and UNIX
• Experienced and conceptually strong in Functional Testing, Automation
• ISTQB/ISEB foundation or higher preferable
• Understanding of banking domain esp. wealth management and capital markets
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Create Test Strategy, Test Plans and provide Test Estimates
• Build and execute test cases, Test scenarios and Test scripts for all assigned projects/enhancements
• Provide regular updates on progress of allocated Test designs and Test cases
• Provide input into the analysis of relevant documents for assigned projects to determine Testing requirements
• Raise any defects found during Test and escalate in accordance with set procedures
• Interface with development and business stakeholders to drive project delivery
• Report testing metrics and run defect meetings and scrum calls
