• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Azure Dev Ops engineers
• Define and execute Dev Ops and platform strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and modern Git workflows
• Drive best practices across automation, security, reliability, and scalability
• Partner with software engineering, architecture, and security stakeholders
• Own platform stability, monitoring, and incident management processes
• Support cloud cost optimisation and operational excellence initiatives

• Strong experience managing Dev Ops or platform engineering teams
• Hands‑on background with Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments
• Proven expertise with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience leading Dev Ops transformations or scaling teams
• Platform Engineering or SRE exposure
• Fin Ops or cloud cost management experience
• Experience in regulated or large‑scale environments
