Accountabilities & Responsibilities- Collaborate with the PAM product management team to define and deliver the product roadmap for identity and access products aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.
- Supply to the technical efforts on PAM projects to develop, configure and implement PAM solutions and services required to meet security requirements.
- Manage and support day to day operations for PAM platforms.
- Lead efforts to eradicate technical debt in the current system for handling user identities and permissions as part of a continuous modernization and optimization initiative.
- Ensure successful transition of project processes and work to operations resources and teams.
- Improve professional growth among our IAM engineers by using technology, abilities, and tools to develop development, resulting in higher efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
- Participate in efforts to drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, value, and applied innovation.
- Encourage community engagement and collaboration within the engineering chapters.
- 3+ years experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role, crafting enterprise-level privileged access solutions.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies, including but not limited to identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
- Deep technical experience with privileged access management technologies (e.g. Beyond Trust, Cyber Ark, Saviynt, etc).
- Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and standard methodologies, covering risk management, access controls, and secure coding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess sophisticated business requirements and translate them into practical IAM solutions.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per year
