Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid 2-3x/wk in-office

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Own digital marketing strategy and execution across social media, email, and paid media channels
• Develop and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion performance
• Lead social media strategy, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and reporting
• Build and optimize paid media and paid social campaigns aligned to business objectives
• Execute data-driven email marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, testing, and optimization
• Track, analyze, and report on performance across channels, measuring results against spend and KPIs
• Establish KPIs and maintain a performance scorecard to guide ongoing optimization
• Manage and mentor a senior digital marketing team member
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to support digital initiatives

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social, email, and paid media
• 3+ years of experience managing professional staff and/or agencies
• Strong hands‑on experience with marketing automation, paid media platforms, and analytics tools
• Proven ability to translate data into insights and measurable results
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on, execution-focused approach
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
