Responsibilities- Define and own end‑to‑end architecture for Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, OCI) and on‑premise solutions
- Develop architecture roadmaps and ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry best practices
- Lead Oracle Cloud transformation projects, including Finance, Procurement, and HR modules
- Conduct workshops, define scope, and estimate effort for client initiatives
- Oversee integration with enterprise systems and drive process improvement
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Partner with client executives, product teams, and delivery leads to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the practice
- 8+ years of Oracle implementation experience, including at least one full‑life‑cycle Oracle Cloud project
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and OCI technologies
- Preferred certifications:
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), TOGAF, ITIL - Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture frameworks and cloud computing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Travel as required
