Job Responsibilities- Strong experience performing current state analysis (Validate system’s business functionality against business requirements and parallel systems) of large IT systems and identify gaps and challenges.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders and clearly document gaps and provide actionable recommendations per industry standards.
- Work together with technical analysts to perform thorough analysis and designs.
- Lead review sessions, captures feedback and ensure resolution.
Required
- Demonstrated experience in performing current state analysis of large enterprise IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Business Management) business processes which ensure smooth running for retail store operations.
- Demonstrated experience in visualizing business workflows, defining objectives and performing rationalization.
- Excellent team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in onshore/offshore model.
- Experience working with IT teams.
