Job Responsibilities:

• Own the process to performing current state analysis (Validate system’s technical functionality against business requirements) of large IT systems and identify gaps and challenges.
• Clearly document debt and create actionable plans to mitigate gaps and challenges.
• Work together with Business solution architect and analysts to perform thorough analysis and designs.

Skills and Experience

Required:

Required

• Demonstrated experience in performing current state analysis of large enterprise IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and applications software built using Mainframes and client server technologies.
• Strong experience building and managing applications built using Gupta
  
  SQL/Centura Team Developer
• Strong experience with various DBMS
• Demonstrated experience performing reverse engineering custom applications.
