• Lead and manage Oracle HCM implementations in the Learning, Recruiting, or Talent modules.
• Collaborate with client leadership and teams to design, plan, and execute project work streams.
• Deliver analytics, reporting, and client presentations that translate technical findings into actionable insights.
• Mentor junior Huron staff and promote best practices in solution design.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (Learning, Recruiting, or Talent).
• Functional application specialist background with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to own project work streams with self‑discipline and minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Location within the contiguous 48 states and near a major airport.

Base salary range: $105,000 – $130,000. Total estimated compensation (including incentive): $117,600 – $153,400.
