• Lead the North American infrastructure and Dev Ops teams, setting vision, priorities, and performance goals in alignment with global engineering strategy.
• Oversee AWS cloud environments, ensuring availability, cost optimization, and adherence to security and architectural best practices.
• Drive CI/CD pipeline maturity and infrastructure-as-code, enabling repeatable, reliable, and secure deployments.
• Manage the lifecycle, security, and updates of Coates’ media player OS across customer fleets.
• Implement and continuously refine alerting, logging, and monitoring frameworks to maintain high uptime and service performance.
• Establish and maintain standards for change control, security, and documentation across environments.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Delivery teams to ensure infrastructure supports roadmap goals and SLAs for North American customers.
• Champion an automation‑first mindset, reducing technical debt and improving the speed and quality of deployments.
• Build capability within the team through coaching, skill development, and fostering a culture of curiosity and ownership.

• Accountability – Owns results, fosters transparency, and ensures delivery of reliable and secure infrastructure services.

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, Dev Ops, and systems operations; 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in AWS environments, including cloud architecture, networking, IAM, and cost management.
• Strong background in Linux system administration, scripting (Bash, Python), and automation frameworks.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
• Proven implementation of CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab or similar) and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc).
• Hands‑on experience managing monitoring and alerting tools such as Sumo Logic, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of global infrastructure operations across distributed regions.
• Preferred – Exposure to ITIL service management practices.
• Preferred – Familiarity with media device management or digital signage systems.

$130,000 - $160,000 a year.
