Being an Endpoint Administrator at iManage Means

You will design, implement and manage our Microsoft Intune solutions to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management. The role is critical in deploying devices, managing security policies and supporting users across various endpoints, such as mobile devices and computers. As the Endpoint Administrator, you will help the organization adopt modern device management and security using Microsoft’s cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.
  • Manage security baselines, compliance policies and conditional access to ensure device and data protection.
  • Package and deploy applications and manage configuration profiles through Intune.
  • Perform troubleshooting for Intune services, application deployment, updates and device issues.
  • Plan and execute upgrades or updates to Intune services and features.
  • Monitor device health and maintain software deployments for compliance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize endpoint management and integrate with security technologies like Defender for Endpoint and Azure AD.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field – equivalent experience is often acceptable.
  • 4+ years’ experience managing Intune environments with strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) architecture and administration.
  • One or more certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
    Intune Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator Associate (preferred).
  • Strong Power Shell or other scripting experience for automation and customization reporting.
  • In‑depth knowledge of endpoint management, security and compliance within Intune.
  • Familiarity with modern management approaches, including co‑management with Configuration Manager.
  • Effective communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, Active Directory and group policy management.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining security and compliance.
