This role leads the development and implementation of advanced data science models and algorithms. The Sr. Data Scientist collaborates with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions, drives best practices in data science, ensures data quality, and mentors junior scientists.

- 3+ years relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Develop, refine, and implement credit risk strategies using advanced analytics and unit economics to guide smart, profitable lending decisions.
- Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to credit risk for new accounts and applications.
- Monitor key portfolio metrics and segment‑level performance to identify and address emerging credit risks proactively.
- Partner cross‑functionally with teams including Machine Learning, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Bank Partners, and more to align risk strategies with customer and business objectives.
- Effectively communicate complex findings and strategy recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Lead end‑to‑end project execution with minimal assistance as a credit risk expert.
- Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks related to commercial lending.
The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $123,500 to $212,850. Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit
