Role Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to lead a critical SAP integration project, transitioning US operations from SAP systems. This role is pivotal to ensuring successful delivery of a complex integration initiative aligned with the organization's long‑term distribution strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end project management for SAP integration, ensuring timely delivery by year-end.
- Coordinate four distinct integration methods, including GT Nexus, API connectivity, and automated goods receipt workflows.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational roadmap.
- Provide transparent updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and budget status.
- Support continuity by documenting processes and enabling knowledge retention for future phases.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in integration projects.
- Strong understanding of integration workflows and data mapping (SAP experience a plus, but not required).
- Familiarity with GT Nexus or similar supply chain platforms strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating across global teams.
- Experience with ERP migrations or SAP-related projects.
- Exposure to global distribution or supply chain transformation initiatives.
