Sr Lead, DevSec Ops - Wealth & Asset Management

This role combines technical leadership, security expertise, and Dev Sec Ops  best practices to embed security within the software development lifecycle while fostering innovation and delivery excellence. It requires a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and trusted advisor who excels at identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving innovation in security and automation.

This position will collaborate extensively with business, technology, risk and other corporate teams to establish and strengthen adoption of security by design.

This role is part of the Information Security organization, aligning to Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for Wealth and Asset Management. This role will report to the BISO who reports to the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). We operate within a complex landscape driven by client expectations and the diverse needs that comes with operating in countries across the globe.
** Responsibilities:
*** Proactively assess security gaps, develop innovative solutions, and drive Dev Sec Ops  transformation to enhance resilience and efficiency.
* Act as the primary liaison between development and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of security into the Dev Ops pipeline
* Implement security automation, risk mitigation strategies, and CI/CD security integration, ensuring secure software delivery.
* Establish trust with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams, advocating for security best practices and Dev Sec Ops  adoption across the organization.
* Collaborate with development teams to integrate secure coding practices and vulnerability assessments
* Lead the Dev Sec Ops  strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements
* Must be able to work in a multi-functional team environment

* Qualifications:

*** 10+ years in Dev Sec Ops , Cloud Security, or Secure Software Development. Experience in Financial industry is a plus.
* Expertise in CI/CD, cloud security, Azure Dev Ops, container security, and automation tools.
* Experience in implementing security checks within a Secure SDLC Pipeline
* Experience with Secrets Management, SCA, open-source tools
* Strong knowledge of security frameworks and security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA).
* Proven ability to engage with clients, lead teams, and drive strategic security initiatives.

Salary Range:$114, USD
* Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
