Sr. Agile Lean Enterprise Coach

We are seeking a candidate to:

• Implement the Lean Enterprise Transformation Strategy
• Coach senior IT and Business Leadership
• Define Operational Value streams aligned to SAFe framework
• Assess the current state of an IT vertical in relation to the target operating model
• Agree with the Agile CoE lead on an intervention strategy
• Lead the intervention strategy within an IT vertical to achieve Dev Ops and Agile transformation
• Have regular catch-ups with the Head of Agile Enterprise Transformation to highlight issues, report progress, and agree on the overall direction

Key Characteristics of the Role

• 15 years of IT experience
• 5 years of coaching experience
• SAFe Certification (SPC)
• SAFe implementation experience in a large organization
• Proven experience leading and coaching teams in Agile mindset adoption, particularly using the Scrum Framework
• Proven experience with successful Dev Ops initiative implementation
• Strong knowledge of Lean Enterprise thinking, Business Value Hypothesis Driven Delivery, Cost of Delay, and One Metric That Matters
• Strong experience with Testing Automation and leadership perspective on BDD
• Great Leadership and Influencing skills for driving Large Transformation Programmes
• A strong past as a technologist (development, operations, or testing automation)

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
