Lead Platform Engineer; Global Network Testing

Position: Lead Platform Engineer (Global Payment Network Testing)
* ** Quality assurance**: A strong understanding of software quality assurance principles, security, performance, and reliability.
* Translate business requirements into quality specifications and provide quality direction for the product team.
* ** Leadership**:  Ability to guide technical teams to ensure solutions are built with a quality mindset.
* Continuously improve software engineering practices
* Oversee and ensure the quality of test plans, test cases, test matrix, and bug reporting.
* Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies
* Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of your solutions
* Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
* Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity
* Utilize scripting languages like Python, SQL, Ruby and groovy, Container Orchestration services including Docker and ECS, CM tools including Ansible and Terraform, and a variety of AWS tools and services
** Collaborate
* * with cross-functional teams, including product owners and engineers, to ensure the final product meets all requirements and appropriate testing has been planned.
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 6 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, Git Hub, or Artifactory)
* At least 4 years of test automation experience
* At least 4 years of experience with AWS
* At least 2 years of team leadership experience
* 5+ years of experience with AWS
* 3+ years of experience with Xray, Confluence or Zephyr
* 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
