We are seeking a versatile and skilled Sr. Product Manager to join our team. The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Copado’s next‑generation Dev Ops platform designed for mid‑market Salesforce teams. You will define the end‑to‑end experience, partner closely with Engineering and UX, and drive deep alignment with Go‑To‑Market, Customer Success, and our community.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in highly cross‑functional environments, understands Salesforce and Dev Ops deeply, and can operate with speed, clarity, and customer obsession.
- Define the strategy for your product across Dev Ops, Testing, and AI.
- Create a cohesive, opinionated roadmap tailored for mid‑market Salesforce teams.
- Influence the pricing & packaging of your product aligned with the ideal customer profile.
- Own requirements, specifications, and user story creation.
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, modern user experiences.
- Use agile methodologies to plan, prioritize, and ship features iteratively.
- Drive beta programs, rollouts, and continuous feature improvements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the Salesforce Dev Ops space to own the “Developer Experience”. Translate that understanding into clear product recommendations to merge into a unified and modern Dev Ops platform for our customers.
- Gather a comprehensive understanding of the current product positioning & competitive landscape from Go‑To‑Market teams' viewpoint for Mid Market.
- Develop tactics to win over from competition by enabling quick integrations, and reducing switching costs for customers.
- Represent Copado’s Dev Ops thought leadership in community events, webinars, and partner ecosystems.
- Created scalable enablement and feedback loops with Copado community members to inform innovation and strengthen product‑market fit.
- At least 7+ years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- 5+ years experience in Product Management with ownership of a SaaS product or major product area.
- Demonstrated success taking a product from concept to launch and scaling adoption.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product usage data and drive data decisions.
- High ownership, urgency, and ability to operate autonomously in a fast moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills with experience partnering cross‑functionally across Engineering, UX, Sales, and GTM.
- Strong understanding of Dev Ops concepts (CI/CD, pipelines, Git).
- Strong experience with Dev Ops products like Copado.
- Experience defining end‑to‑end workflows in complex technical products.
- Comfortable working with PLG activation metrics, onboarding funnels, and user lifecycle journeys.
Compensation Range: Min: $150,000 - Max: $200,000
