A&M Corporate Performance Improvement (A&M CPI) is expanding to serve clients across telecom and digital infrastructure. In 2024, we created a focused Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group. We are looking for accomplished consultants and operators with deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to develop actionable strategies and drive execution. Our work includes advising on top-line strategy growth, operational streamlining, addressing tech debt, investments across telecom and digital infrastructure, divestitures, restructuring, transactional diligence, and M&A.

Our team serves traditional telecom operators, private equity, digital infrastructure providers, government entities, and cross-industry enterprises across wireline (cable, fiber, legacy), wireless, data centers, satellite, and next-gen infrastructure technologies.

• Leads work streams and teams to achieve project objectives
• Plans and designs work using structured problem-solving methodologies
• Interfaces with clients regularly and maintains strong executive presence
• Supports proposals and sales efforts
• Identifies client needs that may lead to new opportunities for A&M and manages business relationships
• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment for the team

• 4+ years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, high emotional intelligence
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
• Strong problem-solving abilities and mature judgment
• Ability to address strategic issues while understanding cross-functional requirements
• Willingness to travel
