Context :
Our client, a leading player in Global Markets based in Chicago, is seeking an Electronic Onboarding Specialist to join its e-Trading Team. This role will act as the primary point of contact for clients integrating with the electronic trading platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for order execution and connectivity.
Your Role :- Lead end-to-end client onboarding for electronic trading solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Risk, Operations, e-Solutions) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage client communication throughout the onboarding process.
- Analyze client needs (markets, trading style, users) and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare documentation, cost estimates, and project plans (phases, milestones, timelines).
- Support compliance and regulatory checks (including Dodd‑Frank).
- Ensure seamless transition to post‑onboarding support and account management teams.
- 5+ years in the brokerage or electronic trading industry.
- Strong understanding of futures/derivatives and exchange connectivity.
- Hands‑on experience with trading platforms (Fidessa, TT, CQG, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Proven client‑facing experience in onboarding, UAT, and coordination.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, global environments.
- Project Management background (MS Project is a plus).
- NFA Series 3 or Series 7.
- Experience with application support, troubleshooting, and software testing.
- Familiarity with exchange membership, MPIDs and mnemonics requirements.
