Client Consultation
:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translate these into technical requirements, and guide them on best practices.

Solution Strategy
:
Develop, document, and communicate comprehensive solutions for Shopify Plus implementations, migrations, and customizations.

Project Oversight
:
Oversee the project lifecycle from discovery through to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Project Management
:
Onboard clients, schedule weekly meetings with clients and manage the process, scope, tasks and timelines through Clickup.

Integration Supervision
:
Oversee integrations with third-party applications and services, such as ERP systems, CRM tools, and custom APIs.

Collaboration
:
Work closely with the creative team, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Documentation
:
Produce clear technical documentation, including technical resources, data instructions, and specifications for internal and client use.

Performance Review
:
Ensure solutions are optimized for scalability, performance, and ecommerce KPIs in accordance with Shopify Plus standards.

Ownership
:
Take full ownership of the project and deliver on schedule and on scope.

Solid eCommerce experience
:
Understands all aspects of eCommerce very well, including how disciplines are aligned with each other.

Technical Expertise
:
Deep knowledge of the Shopify Plus platform, and Shopify's capabilities, including custom apps and integrations.

Good user experience design
:
Knows and stays updated on user experience trends, conversion rate and eCommerce optimization strategies.

Communication
:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Replatforming Expertise
:
Extensive experience replatforming from other ecommerce platforms to Shopify, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity.

Experience
: 3+ years technical project management or Shopify solution architect.

Compensation: $90-$120k USD
