Job Summary

As a Test Lead specializing in Selenium and Java, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts, implementing test automation strategies, and ensuring high-quality software development and delivery using Selenium and Java technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the test planning, design, and execution phases for projects involving Selenium and Java.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using Selenium and Java to enhance test efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with project milestones.
  • Perform root cause analysis on testing defects and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members in implementing Selenium and Java testing best practices.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in Selenium and Java automation testing.
    • Skill Requirements
  • Proficiency in Selenium automation testing framework.
  • Strong programming skills in Java for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and executing Selenium test scripts.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

    • Certifications: Selenium Web Driver Certification, Java SE Programmer Certification.
