Job Duties:

  • Working experience in PS-Functional modules such as Account Receivable (AR), Billing (BI), General Ledger (GL), E-Procurement (EPro), Purchase Order (PO), and Account Payable (AP).
  • Sound knowledge of PS-Technical modules including App Designer, People Code, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL.
  • Coordinate with offshore team for work delivery and play a lead role.
  • Send daily status reports to clients regarding tickets handled by the offshore team.
  • Coordinate with clients through calls, both offshore and onsite teams.
