Consulting Senior Manager, SAP Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive excellence in SAP finance with deep solution architect experience across general finance, controlling, financial planning and tax management. You will work closely with leadership teams for go-to-market strategy that articulates finance business process optimization, value generation and strategic path to realization using SAP and adjacent solutions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be leading digital transformation initiatives, fostering innovation, driving sales motions, delivery excellence for engagements and practice growth.

This role will lead SAP implementation or teams for RISE and GROW engagements, using SAP best practices, solution sets for the manufacturing industry. As a trusted advisor, you will manage client relationships and business development with effective communication, confident leadership, and strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, aligning with manufacturing business objectives.
• Partner with C-suite and business stakeholders to identify financial process improvements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Provide SAP best practices and industry standards as a trusted advisor to clients and within the financial management competency practice.
• Provide end-to-end leadership for SAP FI/CO solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing (CO-PC).
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements within the manufacturing industry.
• Drive cost and profitability analysis initiatives to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring best practices in SAP FI/CO implementations.
• Support SAP S/4
  
  HANA migration and digital transformation initiatives for finance planning and operations.
• Support pre-sales activities, lead/contribute to proposals and solution demonstrations.
• Engage in business development efforts by developing go-to-market strategies, content, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Support alliances and partnerships that aim to expand our brand within SAP and in industry markets.
• Maintain a knowledge of the latest SAP advancements, industry trends, and emerging best practices to contribute to practice growth.
• Serve as a mentor and leader to SAP consultants.

Required Skills /

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant

Minimum 6 years experience managing an SAP FI/CO implementation team
