Job DescriptionAs a Full-Desk Senior Recruitment Manager, you will run your own 360-degree desk while also playing a leadership role in the office:
- Own and grow your portfolio of candidates and clients (both existing relationships and new business)
- Source, screen, and assess high-caliber talent using advanced search techniques and multiple platforms
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients and act as a strategic advisor to help them attract and retain top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Conduct thorough in-person and virtual candidate interviews
- Proactively hunt new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Mentor and develop junior consultants across the team
- Contribute to proposal creation and deliver polished client presentations
- Negotiate terms of business and fee structures

The ideal candidate brings:
- Preferably 2+ years of full-desk recruitment experience OR proven B2B/B2C sales success
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to manage and develop a team in the near future

- A demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Ambition to become a top biller and future leader within a winning team
- Base salary $60,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience) with guaranteed increases
- Truly uncapped monthly commissions up to 55% of revenue billed
