Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic, innovative, and relationship-driven Senior Technology Talent Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting, it’s about strategic partnership, anticipation, and influence, combined with a passion for technology and a forward-thinking approach to talent engagement.
As an Aeris Talent Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, and work in alignment with local and global Human Resources partners to deliver a unified, high-impact talent strategy. You’ll leverage technology, analytics, and AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate experience, and overall efficiency ensuring Aeris continues to attract and engage top-tier technical talent globally.
The ideal candidate is an innovative connector with executive-level communication skills, an established technical network, and a commitment to delivering a candidate experience second to none. You are resourceful, data-informed, and genuinely passionate about technology, people, and the intersection of both.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition & Sourcing- Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex and technical roles across Aeris’ global business units.
- Design and execute creative, data-informed sourcing strategies that identify and attract exceptional talent.
- Leverage your existing network and following of top-tier technical professionals to deliver results without reliance on external vendors.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, technical schools, and local networks to nurture emerging talent pipelines.
- Integrate AI and digital recruitment tools to enhance sourcing precision, candidate insights, and engagement effectiveness.
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture talent in alignment with current and future business needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers, translating workforce needs into talent strategies.
- Partner closely with the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition to ensure unified communication, process alignment, and strategic talent outcomes.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with local and global HR partners, ensuring synergy between global talent initiatives and regional realities.
- Demonstrate executive-level communication — consistently clear, credible, and influential across all stakeholder groups.
- Anticipate hiring manager needs, provide market insights proactively, and ensure continuous, timely follow-up throughout the process.
- Act as an ambassador for the Aeris brand, amplifying our story and values within the technology community.
- Cultivate and expand the “Aeris Network” — a community of engaged professionals, alumni, and talent advocates.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to showcase Aeris’ innovation and culture through digital storytelling and social engagement.
- Deliver a candidate experience second to none, characterized by empathy, responsiveness, and meaningful communication.
- Use AI-driven engagement insights and technology-enabled tools to personalize candidate interactions and enhance journey quality.
