Overview
We are partnering with a global Public Accounting firm to hire multiple HR professionals across their Human Capital and HR Operations teams. These roles support core HR processes, systems, and data across the firm and offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

RolesExperience: Min 5 years
This role focuses on firmwide employee timecard and absence management, HR systems support, and workforce data accuracy.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and audit employee timecard and absence data.
- Support HRIS and timekeeping systems.
- Build and maintain Excel reports (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Partner with HR and Payroll to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of HR Operations, Human Capital, or HRIS experience.
- Hands-on experience with employee timecards or timekeeping systems.
- Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
Experience: 5+ years
This role focuses on HR data analysis, reporting, and systems support.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data and produce workforce and headcount reports.
- Work with HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support end users and troubleshoot HR system issues.
- Partner with HR and business teams on reporting and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of HR Operations, HR Analytics, or Human Capital experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Professional services experience preferred.
Experience: Min 3 years
This role supports day-to-day HR operations, benefits processes, and HR systems initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Support employee time-off tracking and HR data management.
- Assist with open enrollment and benefits administration.
- Perform HR data entry, audits, and reconciliations.
- Support HR system upgrades, testing, and implementations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of HR Operations or HR administration experience.
- Exposure to time-off tracking, benefits processes, and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
- Professional services experience preferred.
