Your success as a Recruiter is measured by your ability to build, deepen, and maintain a high-quality GTM talent network across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be deeply embedded in your niche market, trusted by candidates and hiring leaders alike for your market insight, delivery quality, and long-term partnership mindset.
As a Recruiter, you will own and operate several searches for exciting cybersecurity startups, leading the briefs, understanding what hiring managers are looking for, searching Linked In, running targeted campaigns and managing candidates through the process. You will consistently deliver high-quality hires by understanding the nuances of GTM teams and the cybersecurity startup ecosystem.
You will be a visible specialist in your market, proactively engaging with candidates, staying ahead of hiring trends, and building a strong personal and digital brand within the GTM ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:- Owning a GTM recruitment desk focused on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles, recruiting exclusively for cybersecurity startups
- Building and nurturing long-term candidate relationships across your niche
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer and onboarding support
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand GTM team structures, role requirements, and growth plans
- Delivering consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes through strong process, communication, and market knowledge
- Proactively mapping GTM talent markets and maintaining warm, engaged pipelines
- Attending relevant GTM industry events, meetups, and online communities
- Sharing market insights, hiring trends, and talent intelligence with customers and internal stakeholders
- Building a strong reputation and digital presence as a cybersecurity GTM trusted advisor for hiring
- You are fully autonomous in running your desk day-to-day
- You consistently deliver roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- You maintain a strong, engaged network of GTM professionals
- You are viewed as a trusted advisor by customers and candidates
- You demonstrate deep understanding of modern GTM orgs, roles, and hiring challenges
- 5+ years of experience in agency recruitment, ideally recruiting senior roles across sales, marketing or customer success
- Someone who brings an exceptional attention to detail, is effortlessly organized, extremely proactive and can build great relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
