** Hybrid role: 3+ days in local JLL office per week.

** We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Our team’s priorities include:
* Providing white glove recruiting service to our internal clients and stakeholders
* Supporting the exponential growth of our business by identifying top talent
* Promoting JLL’s brand, values, and culture
* Applying new technology and data to drive change
** What this job involves
** Full Cycle Recruiting
* Provide full cycle recruiting support for the business through sourcing, screening, leveraging internal and external referrals, and negotiating offers for a wide range of positions
* Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs to fill current and future openings
* Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find high quality candidates  through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
* Build and maintain relationships with key partnerships to attract top talent
* Market JLL’s attributes to perspective candidates
* Regularly analyze and report your success

Education and experience
* A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, recruiting financial services professionals
* Recruiting experience supporting various regions across the US
* Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced environment while managing projects simultaneously
* Recruiting experience with Financial Services, Real Estate or Consulting industry is a plus
* Tech-forward mentality and experience working in both CRM and ATS systems;
Workday experience is a plus
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
