- 7 years' experience as a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager in a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation and benefits practices in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in human resources or related field of study.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
