• Strategic HR Business Partner with proven experience leading company-wide reorganizations, including workforce planning, job architecture redesign, and change management.
• Trusted advisor to leaders on reorg strategy, labor impact analysis, and organizational risk mitigation.
• Skilled in aligning talent, compensation, and reporting structures to evolving business models to drive efficiency and performance.
• Strong leader in employee communications and manager enablement to ensure smooth transitions and sustained engagement.
• Data-driven partner who leverages HRIS and analytics to model headcount scenarios and measure post-reorg outcomes.
