Overview

LaSalle Network is hiring a Contract Recruiter to support a well-established manufacturing organization in Chicago’s West Loop. This Contract Recruiter will play a critical role in shaping leadership teams by managing searches for Director-level and above across corporate functions, in addition to mid-senior level roles. This is a high-trust, high-visibility opportunity for a recruiter who knows how to deliver.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-senior and Director-level and above roles across HR, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Engineering
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning hiring strategies with business goals
• Proactively source and engage executive-level talent using Linked In Recruiter and other tools
• Manage interviews, candidate evaluations and stakeholder communication
• Lead offer strategy, compensation discussions and candidate close
• Deliver market insights, pipeline updates and recruiting metrics
• Maintain an exceptional candidate experience across multiple high-priority searches

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including Director-level or executive searches
• Experience supporting corporate functions; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior-level stakeholders
• Strong sourcing, ATS and candidate management skills
• Ability to work fully onsite in the West Loop

• Competitive hourly rate of $40–$45/hour
