HR has been retained to conduct a confidential executive search for a Vice President of Human Resources on behalf of a well‑established and growing organization within the Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry.
This executive role will partner closely with the senior leadership team to shape and execute enterprise‑wide people strategies across multi‑site manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in manufacturing environments and a strong balance of strategic leadership and operational execution.

Key focus areas include:
- Enterprise HR strategy aligned to business and operational goals
- Leadership of HR functions across multi‑site manufacturing operations
- Labor relations, compliance, and workforce risk management
- Executive talent strategy, leadership development, and succession planning
- Culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within Food & Beverage or manufacturing
- Proven success supporting high‑volume, multi‑location operations
- Strong working knowledge of labor relations, employment law, and compliance
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at the C‑suite and plant leadership levels
- Hands‑on leader who can operate strategically while remaining close to the business
- Total Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 (base + incentive)
