In this role, you will:

• Lead full-cycle searches for HR leadership roles ($100K–$250K+)

• Build trusted relationships with senior HR decision-makers

• Source and present high-caliber candidates across HR specialties

• Leverage Crucial Hire’s 20-year warm network while developing your own

• Collaborate directly with our Founder on key accounts and growth strategy

What you bring:

• 1–10 years of agency recruiting experience (HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, or related)

• A proven record of follow-through and measurable results

• Consultative sales skills—you speak to business impact, not just job specs

• Professional maturity and commitment to long-term success with one firm
