Job Type: Ongoing W2 Contract Position

Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week

Schedule:

M-F, 9-5, onsite; must be flexible as needed

• Investigate workplace issues/concerns raised through internal company channels by taking statements from hourly employees on their complaints.

• Prepare, track, and maintain appropriate investigation documentation.

• Manage employee data and statements in a highly confidential manner.

• Foster an effective, inclusive work environment/culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values.

• Provide support to salaried personnel, as appropriate

• Support all health and safety requirements of employees, as applicable

• 5 or more years of experience conducting investigations, including interviewing and dispositioning, and overall case management
• 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Working in a manufacturing and/or unionized environment

• High School Diploma / GED
• Preferred:
  Bachelors Degree
