For our client, we are seeking a Talent Management Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.
LocationLocation:
Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $210,000 – $220,000 annually.
Responsibilities- Own the planning, design, and continuous improvement of talent programs
- Manage operational rhythms for talent programs to ensure smooth execution
- Develop frameworks for scalable program delivery across HR
- Lead pre-planning sessions with relevant HR partners to align on roles and responsibilities
- Build and distribute all communications related to talent programs throughout the company
- Oversee performance management strategies and training programs for managers and employees
- Drive company-wide employee engagement initiatives and synthesize feedback data
- 10+ years of experience in talent management or HR functions
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong background in performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on execution
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, leveraging data for strategy
