For our client, we are seeking a Talent Management Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Compensation

Compensation: $210,000 – $220,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Own the planning, design, and continuous improvement of talent programs
  • Manage operational rhythms for talent programs to ensure smooth execution
  • Develop frameworks for scalable program delivery across HR
  • Lead pre-planning sessions with relevant HR partners to align on roles and responsibilities
  • Build and distribute all communications related to talent programs throughout the company
  • Oversee performance management strategies and training programs for managers and employees
  • Drive company-wide employee engagement initiatives and synthesize feedback data
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management or HR functions
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong background in performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on execution
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, leveraging data for strategy
