We are Smart Resources and Accountable Search. It is our mission to be the most referred staffing firms in Chicagoland, and to provide a superior service to our candidates and clients. We are a collaborative team of staffing professionals who are on a mission to place great candidates with amazing companies. We do this through listening to what our candidates and clients are looking for and asking the tough questions to make sure we get the right match.

We are looking to add to our Outside Sales team. This role’s primary function is to develop relationships with local companies to drive our business forward. This is a hunter role, and is best for someone who really wants a client facing sales role.
- This role is primarily out of our downtown office. It does require you to come into the office (to connect with our recruiters and team) when you are not out in the field connecting with clients.
- You will do a significant amount of cold calling, but you will also connect with clients through networking, e-mail blasts, etc.
