We’re looking for an experienced Regional, Field-Based Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing Central and West Coast field organization. This role serves as a trusted strategic advisor to regional and market leaders, translating business objectives into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and retention.
The Sr. Regional HRBP will balance strategic partnership and hands‑on execution, with deep involvement in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and culture across a multi‑state footprint. This role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels while operating effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
* This position can sit on-site at our HQ in Philadelphia, or work remotely out of Chicago, Dallas or Denver*

- Partner closely with Regional Directors and Field Operations leaders to align people strategies with business goals and growth plans.
- Translate business needs into actionable HR solutions through workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development across the region.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to engagement, retention, performance, and talent gaps.
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex employee relations matters, including performance
