Overview

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Corporate Recruiter to support high-priority corporate hiring initiatives for a globally recognized real estate organization headquartered in downtown Chicago. This Contract Corporate Recruiter role is fully onsite and ideal for a driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, professional environments and enjoys partnering directly with senior business leaders.

• Own full-cycle recruiting across several corporate functions and play a key role in delivering a high-touch, white-glove candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across Finance, Accounting, HR, Marketing, Operations, IT and Corporate Services.
• Partner closely with hiring managers on intake meetings, hiring priorities and talent strategy.
• Source and engage candidates using Linked In Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals and the ATS.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the ATS.
• Deliver a seamless, professional candidate experience.

• 3–7 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Background recruiting in professional services or corporate environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and Linked In Recruiter.
• Ability to work fully onsite in downtown Chicago.

• Competitive hourly rate of $40–$50/hour.
