Human Resources Coordinator

Salary: $6500.00 - $70000.00 per year

DESCRIPTION

Healthcare Skilled Nursing is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with prior experience in a healthcare facility to provide HR assistance to our boutique facility.

Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Two (2) years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a skilled nursing facility;
  • Prior experience in payroll and talent acquisition;
  • Customer services skills and a desire to help others.

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from application management, screening to interview scheduling of candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Human Resources Coordinator completes all background checks and obtains the necessary pre-employment paperwork, as well as manages the New Hire Orientation Program to on-board new employees. The Human Resources Coordinator is the go-to person for the facility employees regarding Human resource issues, rules, and regulations.

Processing of payroll on a regular basis and ensures accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations is handled by the Human Resources Coordinator.
