Job Title: Product & Technology Recruiter
Location: Chicago, IL 60603
Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $89,000.00/yr
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Product & Technology Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of technical and product-focused roles. This position requires a strategic recruiter who excels at building strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance, for a wide range of product and technology roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Actively source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates using a variety of channels and sourcing methods
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, processes, controls, and policies
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR partners, and finance to anticipate workforce needs and align recruiting strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert by participating in client meetings, staying informed of business changes, and managing hiring manager and candidate expectations
- Continuously identify and share innovative solutions to improve recruiting efficiency, add value, and streamline processes
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, timely communication and thoughtful feedback at all stages of the process
- Educate candidates on career growth opportunities, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the overall value of employment with the firm
- Lead compensation discussions with candidates and hiring managers to align expectations and successfully close offers
- Proven experience recruiting for product and/or technology roles
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Consultative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, organization, and influencing skills
