Our client has an opening for an HR Generalist/Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. It is a requirement in this role to speak Spanish at a native/fluent level and to be on-site 5 days per week.

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Communicate with employees in English and Spanish
• Oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Work closely with company managers
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related area or qualifying experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2-3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources (internships will be considered).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must speak Spanish.
