Construction Recruiter (180 / 360) - Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Navigate Search is growing, and we’re looking to add an experienced Construction Recruiter to our Chicago based team. With strong demand across national markets, you’ll step into a role with a warm desk, active searches, and repeat clients ready from day one.

This is an opportunity for a recruiter who wants real autonomy, clear earning upside, and the ability to shape their career whether that’s growing into leadership or remaining a high performing individual contributor.

• Manage full cycle (180 or 360) recruiting across construction related across the US
• Partner closely with repeat clients and build relationships
• Source, engage, and place top construction talent in active, high priority searches
• Own your desk and recruiting strategy with the freedom to work how you perform best
• Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and market expansion

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with construction or a related market required
• Self-starter mentality with strong work ethic and desire to grow
• Comfortable operating autonomously while contributing to a team environment
• Motivated by performance, commissions, and long-term career progression

• Competitive base pay + uncapped commission (50% of total billings)

• Hands on training and mentorship from experienced industry leadership

• Hybrid schedule (1–2 days per week in a Chicago coworking space)
