About the job Senior People Business Partner

Our client seeksa highly experienced and dynamic Senior People Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to the senior leadership team, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership and managers to understand business needs and provide guidance on people-related matters
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to leadership on all HR-related issues
  • Lead and manage employee relations, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
  • Manage and maintain HRIS system and employee records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to improve and enhance HR processes and programs continuously
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • HR Manufacturing experience
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and serve as a trusted advisor
