Bar Manager (Dawn)Applicants should have at least 3 years of Bartending experience and possess leadership qualities that can be honed and developed to meet the Dawn culture for excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities- Assist the Food and Beverage Director with product ordering, scheduling, payroll, and achieving Food, Expense & Labor targets
- Inspect vendor deliveries to confirm accuracy, sign and file delivery invoices
- Supervise BOH & FOH staff, oversee proper communication between all staff on the shift
- Uphold a fun, positive, and efficient environment for staff and our guests
- Learn and understand how to properly use budgeting tools in Google Sheets to achieve restaurant goals
- Support training for new hires
- Monitor compliance with safety and be a leader for quality and safety
- Experience as a lead bartender or manager or similar role in the Hospitality industry
- Experience with inventory software
- Strong math and reporting skills
- Ability to learn, understand and follow budgeting tools through Google Sheets, and Connecteam
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Availability to work through our operating hours (including weekends, holidays, etc)
- Great communication and team management abilities
- Ability to monitor staff, ensure company policies and standards are upheld
