Overnight Front Office Ambassador; Part-Time

Waldorf Astoria is looking for an Overnight Part-Time Front Office Ambassador to join the team in Chicago's Gold Coast! Recognized as one of the best hotels in the world, Waldorf Astoria Chicago is a luxury AAA‑Five‑Diamond hotel with 215 rooms, over 5,000 square feet of meeting space, and four food and beverage outlets, including restaurants and bars.

The Ambassador will be directly responsible for the guest’s arrival and departure experience, manage operational needs related to guest requests and recommendations, resolve guest challenges throughout their stay, upgrade guests when appropriate, and promote services, amenities and upsell products to guests.
