Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Room Attendant to join the team in Chicago's Gold Coast! The AAA‑Five‑Diamond, Forbes 4‑Star Waldorf Astoria Chicago is a luxury hotel featuring 215 rooms, over 5,000 square feet of meeting space and 4 food and beverage outlets.

Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

$26.50 (based on applicable and specialized experience and location).

This position is part of the Local 1 Union, which requires complete open availability. Full‑time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established.

As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform guest turn‑down service as needed.
