Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00

Be the orchestrator of first impressions! As Maitre D, you will lead the front door experience, welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency, coordinate seating, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless flow of service between front and back of house. You will act as the liaison between guests and service teams to create a welcoming and elevated hospitality experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in a guest-facing or host/maitre d role
• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Open Table)
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Manage guest seating and wait lists using reservation tools
• Coordinate closely with FOH and BOH to ensure service flow
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly
• Maintain organized and clean entry/lobby areas
• Support VIP and special guest handling with care
